Rob McIndoe, Director.
Highly experienced Director with in-depth knowledge and skills in warehousing, storage, logistics, distribution and agriculture. Rob has been in employment with Richard Johnston Limited for over 26 years in a variety of roles including, Farm Manager, Site Manager, Office Manager, Personal Assistant to Company Secretary, Stock Office administrator and Finance Director.
Vicky Mitchell, Accounts Manager.
Vicky is the head of our finance team with over 25 years experience. Vicky has worked in diverse industries including the pet food, automotive and health sectors, Vicky works closely with Rob in managing all aspects of Richard Johnston Limited and divisions.
Sean Farrell, Operations Manager
Sean joined us as Operations Manager and oversees the smooth delivery of our warehousing, logistics and fulfilment services. Sean has worked for some impressive companies including Harrods and managed fulfilment for the Rugby World Cup. He has a host of logistics management experience, in particular, he will strengthen our focus on fulfilling orders for online retailers, large and small.
Jane Bull, Compliance Manager.
Jane is an experienced compliance professional, having been compliance manager for both Bernard Matthews and Kettle Foods. Jane worked as a Trading Standards Officer for a number of years prior to moving into the private sector, so is experienced in commercial law and investigative compliance. In addition to reviewing and updating current processes Jane will be working on preparing the business to secure ISO9000 and ISO14000 certification, HMRC Authorised Economic Status (AEO Certification) and ensuring we maintain our current Global BRC accreditation.
Andrew Wildon, Supply Chain Manager
Andrew is our supply chain manager and joined the business following a successful contract win in 2014. Today, his main role is to maintain supply chain efficiency and develop supply chain solutions for new and existing business.
Jason Pullen, Warehouse Manager.
Jason joined us as a charge hand, responsible for shift management and warehouse personnel having held a similar position at a local company. His hard work was rewarded in 2015 with a promotion to Warehouse Manager, responsible for all activity outside of the offices and an additional focus around health and safety and the overall condition of the site.
Debbie Sinclair, Bond Manager.
Debbie is our in-house tax and duty expert. With over 12 years in the business, Debbie has had a variety of positions within the company and is now leveraging her deep knowledge of excise bond functions and tenacious attention to detail to comply with all aspects of HMRC requirements.
Jayne Fishman, Customer Care Supervisor.
Jayne has been with Johnston Logistics UK for over 25 years and is currently a supervisor both in the office and the warehouse. Jayne uses her wealth of experience to lead the customer care team in offering our customers the best possible service.
Rob Sweet, Customer Care Administrator.
Rob joined us after successfully completing 6th form. Rob currently works within the customer care team after accomplishing an apprenticeship within Johnston Logistics UK and is an essential part in our ability to offer customers excellent assistance every day.
Mikayla Hawgood, Customer Care Administrator.
Mikayla joined Johnston Logistics UK in late 2016 when the company responded to the near exponential growth of a major customer. Mikayla’s main role is using her attention to detail and flexibility to empathise with the customer.
Sue Goodwin, Receptionist.
Sue is the person who is likely to greet you if you visit us or speak to you on the phone. She is responsible for all inbound enquires.
Calvin Larmet, Business Administrator.
Calvin joined the team after succeeding in his A-levels and quickly developed to support HACCP as well as completing internal audits for compliance. Calvin’s main role within the business is to complete general office administration.
Silva Miliauskiene, Accounts Administrator.
Silva works within the finance department and has been with the company for over 10 years. With an AAT qualification and a wealth of knowledge across all operational areas, Silva has taken on more and more responsibility.
Beata Skonieczna, Bond Office Coordinator.
Following a career in recruitment, Beata joined the company as a Bond Office coordinator. Her main role is to ensure that HMRC bonded goods are correctly administered within the operation and customer orders are delivered in a timely and professional manner.
Margarida Lopes, Stock Office and Customer Service Adviser.
Margarida is multi-lingual speaking Spanish, Portuguese as well as English. She works in the Stock office as well as part of the team making sure all our customers receive the best service.
Liga Sturmane, Bond Office Coordinator
Liga joined the bond office team where she helps ensure that HMRC bonded goods are correctly administered and customer orders are delivered in a timely and professional manner. She is also responsible for managing transportation within the ASDA Primary Control Centre.
Su May, Bond Office Coordinator
Su is a Bond Office Coordinator within the bond office team. Along with the rest of the team, Su is responsible for making sure HMRC bonded goods are administered correctly and orders delivered on time.
Neil Ross and his team are responsible for the daily pick, pack and despatch operation for our largest eCommerce account. Through excellent communication and their hard working ethos, Neil and his team continuously go above and beyond what’s expected of them.
Steve Brighton and his team are currently focused on a selection of customers that require their products to be picked, packed and despatched on a daily basis. With an exceptional eye for detail, this team can provide their customers with additional care and attention where needed and apply their extensive product knowledge to every order to ensure the best possible service.
Graham Gabbatiss leads a team of 6 in the warehouses. This multi-skilled, multi-licensed team are operating a variety of vehicles to provide exceptional service to our customers daily. In addition to the movement of pallets, the team are responsible for elements of stock control through the use of our sophisticated Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Kim Hamling and Jason Forder lead another team of our warehouse colleagues. Using a selection of our vehicles, the team are able to offer a day one for day two service, giving our customers peace of mind that their stock will get to where it needs to go when it’s expected. With multiple licenses within the team, they have the ability to move trailers around the site through the use of the Terberg Shunter.
